PlanCommand project management software

PlanCommand is a web-based project management solution that uses a three division process, Design, Bid, Build.

This enables you to share documents online among project team members in a secure environment.

This software also directly interfaces with The Blue Book building and construction network. Print orders can be placed anywhere you have web access. You can even view construction cameras online.

With PlanCommand you can utilize any of the 120+ RSA affiliated print centers nationwide for same-day or next-day delivery at a fraction of the cost of overnight shipping.

Once you fill out the information click “ok” and log in with the user name and password you just created. It’s free to test and we will never share your information with anyone.

Near the top left under the Bid tab, click the “District Tower One” folder and then click the “Bid Documents” and select the items you want to view. You can even try ordering documents. We know this is a test site, so no document will be printed. Use the “Customer Account” for method of payment.

Key Features

Each project is standalone within the system—thereby allowing each to be managed by its own administrator and utilized by different project managers, team members, suppliers and vendors. This advanced capability is especially convenient for firms simultaneously running projects in multiple locations on a regional or national basis.

It has been purposefully designed on a modular basis so that each user only needs to concentrate on the capabilities and functionalities that suit his or her needs. And, the intuitive and easy-to-use interface means that team members can be using PlanCommand without extensive training

Users are assured they are always working with the most current set of drawings and specifications.

Markup tools allow each team member to work on the drawing in collaboration with others to make changes, markup for revisions and record via text comments the actions to be taken. At the conclusion of the session these discussions and changes are stored and recorded and become part of the permanent project record and audit trail.
